I hold a Bachelor of Design (Graphic Design) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).

What are other details of experiences, work or otherwise, that have led you to your current work?

Throughout my career, I have worked in design, specialising in brand identity, print and web design, as well as personal artworks across various mediums, including printmaking and illustration. My experience also extends to image and product development. Additionally, I have taught art direction and digital visualisation in the fashion programmes at LASALLE College of the Arts.

How would you describe your business?

PYAR is a reimagining of nature’s beauty, transformed into jewellery—textured, smooth, gold, and silver adornments designed to uplift and inspire.

What are the highlight projects in your career so far?

Two standout pieces in the collection hold special significance. The Peace Shell Earrings, crafted from shells found on Changi Beach, feature a double earring design with contrasting flat shells that elegantly frame the face while carrying a deep connection to home.

Another highlight is the Coral Earrings, made from coral fragments as part of our latest Odyssey collection, which supports coral preservation and regeneration. Both pieces embrace natural textures while maintaining an understated elegance in their design.

What are you currently working on?

We are exploring opportunities to expand in Europe. As PYAR evolves, I look forward to engaging in interdisciplinary projects and collaborations.
